Ray has re-built a O-16.5 Smallbrook Studios “Eros” with a new bunker and raised cab. The chassis is a good runner, – a Hornby Bill and Ben type.
Over the last few months Chris has been building wagons in O9 scale using Evergreen sheet and strip on modified Peco chassis. Some of them have now been painted and lightly weathered, and have Greenwich couplings. Many of the wagons have loads using Skytrex parts, the stationary engine is built from a kit by Duncan Models and the bell is a nod to Sir Arthur Heywood who pioneered minimum gauge railways and was also a keen bell ringer.
A 009 scale War Department Baldwin 4-6-0 by Bertie as used behind the front line at the end of WW1. The kit is a Gem kit and utilises a Graham Farish 0-6-0 from a BR diesel shunter
