Berties’s 009 Dajeeling & Himalayan Class B is now built and running ready for painting.
009 Fowler Plantation loco now stripped down, painted and re-built.
The K1 Garratt is also completely finished, painted in it’s current Statfold Barn scheme, and runs well.
On30 caboose work in progress by Richard, inspired by West Side Lumbers No.3 caboose. Original model has been shortened and narrowed, along with extra windows cut-in, handrails and steps added.009 scale Parkside Dundas Hunslet from a selection of bits acquired cheaply. Some parts had to be made as they were missing, and the tender has been modified for water and coal.This is the fourth O9 tractor loco by Chris. This one uses a 1934 Lanz 15/30 and is modelled with open cab. Base and cab etc. made from plasticard on a Kato tram chassisThe complete fleet of tractor locos.Stuart has been doing some work on his 5″ gauge American 0-4-0. Including painting parts black, some re-plumbing and improving the controls.Stuart’s 7.25″ gauge Heywood-inspired “top wagon” now has handles and has been moved to the Top Field Railway at Whitwell & Reepham.Geoff is installing a bridge to take his O gauge (standard gauge) line over the narrow gauge.
