September 2022 Meeting

I think we counted fifteen members at September’s meeting, with lots of projects being planned and made on work tables this month. We had a cooked lunch of bacon, sausage or egg rolls too which provided energy and helped the day along. Here are a few pictures from the day:-

Bill’s 1:16 10.25″ gauge scratch built garden/agricultural loco built onto a 00 wagon chassis using strip wood, card and basic battery control components.
Richard displayed this new 009 Bachmann Kerr Stuart “Peter Sam” before it gets the “Beccles & Bungay Railway” treatment.
Nigel has nearly finished this O-16.5 conversion of a Hornby “Ben” by adding various parts.
David’s painted 009 scale 3D loco prints, he is also selling new extra prints for charity.
Graham recently acquired this second-hand O9 scale Minimum Gauge Models Scooter PW2 loco. To be repaired and liveried for his “Raven Hill” layout.
Chris and Graham were starting 4mm building kits at their tables but Graham also displayed this HOe coach built from a second-hand American resin kit for his “Sampson Vale” layout.
Dave has added new lamps and a bathing hut to “New Walmington Pier”.
