Most of our 15 members on the day of 5th April were at work tables making, or painting models. Unfortunately this month there were only a few completed models on our display stand, thank you to the members who did present something.
As our Annual Open day on May 3rd was now only 4 weeks away we had to brief chat about the show, and we are all looking forward to it going well.

This month Ray has completed these O9 models, a Ransomes Rapier 80/1937 Diesel and three lovely scratch built vans.
Jim brought along his 009 works train with crane wagon. The mess wagon/coach is fully fitted out internally with a kitchen.
Graham displayed a short O9 goods train hauled by an Avalon line open cab diesel.
George picked-up these two vintage HOe models at a car boot. About 50 to 60 years old and still working well, an Egger-Bahn Western P14 Loco and a Liliput L701 0-6-2 Zillertalbahn loco. I am including the photo as these types were the first 009/HOe locos bought for me in the late sixties.
